Downshire Brass needs your support

Why we need your help…
Downshire Brass is a large-scale self-financing music organisation which makes a major contribution to the musical life in local communities across Northern Ireland and beyond.

Beneficiaries from our work include audiences young and old, but also the many musicians young and young at heart, who are developing life-long music and communication skills through the band which are used in support of the many concerts and events that the band gives in indoor and outdoor locations throughout the year.

The great work that we do comes at a cost as we manage the financial implications of running a championship section band and youth band, the associated facilities, instruments and music need for over 50 musicians, and in providing low-cost tuition to our up-and-coming young musicians.

How you can help?
Your donation, however big or small, will go a long way to help meet the costs of running the band. Donations via the Just Giving link below will also support Gift Aid which allows the band to secure a further 25% from UK tax payers through HMRC.
