Downshire Partnership with Ulster Rugby

We are delighted to announce a partnership with Ulster Rugby to bring a new musical dimension to matches at Ravenhill. The Band, who are currently Irish Champions, includes a number of keen Ulster Rugby fans and season ticket holders amongst their ranks and they will be joining fans at Ravenhill fixtures during 2013-14.  
 
Speaking of the new partnership, the Band’s Musical Director Michael Alcorn said,

“our aim is to engage with the fans and the team at Ravenhill in a sensitive and supportive way. We understand the traditions and values of the Ulster Rugby fans but we are also keen to bring something additional to the atmosphere on a match night."
